Privacy policy
This policy explains how Proretail EOOD processes personal data when you visit www.proretail.eu or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

2. What data we process
- Contact data you send us by email or phone: name, email, phone, company, position and the content of your message.
- Job applicant data: CV, cover letter and any other information you send us.
- Data of partner representatives (suppliers, landlords, service providers): name, position and contact details.
- Technical data: on every visit, the server hosting the website automatically records the IP address, date and time of the request and browser type (server logs).
Please do not send us data that is not needed, such as national ID numbers, copies of identity documents or health information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering enquiries and communicating with partners — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and developing our business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Recruitment — steps prior to entering into an employment contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)). If you would like us to keep your documents for future openings, we will ask for your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Security and normal operation of the website (server logs) — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Retention
- Correspondence with enquirers and partners — as long as needed for its purpose and no longer than 3 years after the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period.
- Job applicant data — up to 6 months after the recruitment process ends, unless you have consented to a longer period. Original or notarised documents are returned to you when the process ends.
- Server logs — for the short period set by the hosting provider.
5. Recipients
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be accessible to:
- our hosting and email provider SuperHosting.bg, which processes it on our behalf within the European Union;
- external accountants, lawyers and advisers bound by confidentiality — only where necessary;
- public authorities — where required by law.
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
6. Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising technologies. Fonts are loaded directly from our own server, without third-party services. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

8. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
